All of your services and communication will occur with US based team members. 1GS is headquartered in the sunshine state; Miami, Florida and we proudly serve clients across the United States, North America and globally. We value our team’s diversity where we speak 4 languages which are English, Hindi, Spanish, and Italian.
HOW DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS IN DIFFERENT TIME ZONES OR COUNTRIES?
We believe in communication and transparency as vital attributes to business success. Our Account Managers and customer service team is available by phone, email and text from 8am EST to 6pm EST M-F. We believe in providing great customer service with quality support and prompt response times.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS IF WE CHOOSE TO WORK TOGETHER WITH 1GS?
This is very simple. We like to keep it that way. Once our agreement is signed, within 24 hours, the point of contact will receive a detailed email with on-boarding next steps and on-boarding questionnaires for services selected. Once we receive that completed, you will be assigned an account manager who will set up a series of calls per your schedule and campaign, to check-in and keep you updated on all campaigns. We will set up an onboarding/Kickoff call to discuss goals and timeline and begin work on your campaign.
HOW ARE YOUR AGREEMENTS STRUCTURED?
We believe in earning your business every month, which is why our agreements are monthly. We respectfully request a 3-month initial commitment from new clients however if you are deeply unsatisfied with us, you may choose to cancel anytime.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
All our services are customized to your goals and objectives. Our Digital Marketing Inbound Packages start at $2,000 per month. Our clients typically see a 3x ROI within 3-6 months.
