All of your services and communication will occur with US based team members. 1GS is headquartered in the sunshine state, specifically Miami, Florida and we proudly serve clients across the United States, North America and globally. We believe in communication and transparency as vital attributes to business success. Our team is available by phone, email and text from 8am EST to 8pm EST M-F. We believe in providing great customer service with quality support and prompt response times.
This is very simple. We like to keep it that way. Once our agreement is signed, within 24 hours, the point of contact will receive a detailed email with on-boarding next steps and on-boarding questionnaires for services selected. Once we receive that completed, you will be assigned an account manager who will set up a weekly call per your schedule, to check-in and keep you updated on all campaigns. We will set up an onboarding call to discuss goals and timeline. Services will begin the next day.
We believe in earning your business every month, which is why our agreements are monthly. We respectfully request a 3-month initial commitment from new clients however if you are deeply unsatisfied with us, you may choose to cancel anytime.
All our services are customized to your goals and objectives. We have a la carte services that start at $199 and have turnkey monthly package services that start at $1,500.
